离子束注入技术筛选灰树花多糖产生菌的研究

摘    要:本文用20×1013ion/cm2~100×1013ion/cm2剂量的N+离子注入灰树花菌,设5个处理,0处理为对照,观测菌丝长势、菌丝长速、纤维素酶活、菌丝生长量、多糖含量探讨离子注入的效应与影响。结果表明,适宜剂量的离子注入促进生长、增加纤维素酶活和产物积累,灰色关联分析得到离子注入的最适剂量为40×1013ion/cm2~60×1013ion/cm2;并用纸层析和GC法对离子注入处理和对照菌的产物进行比较鉴定,结果显示多糖性质与结构一致。

Abstract:Grifola frondosa was N~+ ion implanted by dose of 20×10~(13) ion/cm~2~100×10~(13) ion/cm~2, separated 5 treats and 0 treat as content. The effect was discussed through investigated mycelium growth characteristics, activity of cellulase, mycelium biomass, content of Grifolan etc. The results indicated that ion implantation could improve growth, activity of cellulase and grifolan yield in suitable dose; the optimum dose is 40×10~(13) ion/cm~2~60×10~(13) ion/cm~2 by grey relation analysis. And the characteristics and structure of grifolans, which from used ion implanted and ck, is consistent by paper chromatogram gas chromatogram.
