| 摘 要： | 简述了PET的原理和系统；PET运用标记生命物质C，H，O，N的放射性同位素—正电子发射核素，所以PET可以在不影响生物体生理功能的情况下，快速、实时显示活生物体(包括人体)的代谢过程等生命活动。讨论了PET在肿瘤学、神经系统疾病和脑功能研究、植物生理功能研究中的应用问题。

| Abstract: | The principle and its system of PET are depicted; PET uses the positron nuclide which are radioactive isotope marker the life substances C,H,O,N. So PET could display metabolized processes of alive organism (include human being) rapidly and in real time. The apply problems of PET in oncology, Neurology, the researches in brain function and in plant physiological function are discussed. |
