摘    要:本文从理论上研究了激光人眼角膜切除术的原理和控制方法。详细分析了角膜前表面的曲率半径对近发消融深度和治疗结果的影响。

Abstract:The principle and controlling method of excimer laser photorefrective kerectectomy are researched on in the paper. The influence of curvature radius of the front surface of cornea on the ablation depth and result for correction of myopia is analysed in detail. A deficiency we theoretically and quantitatively put forward for the first time is made up for the procedure of some import PRK systems. And the quantity of the deficiency is good agreement with the results of clinical practice.
