Abstract:The quantitative real-time RT-PCR was used to determine the tissue expression patterns of six casein kinase (CK) genes.The results showed that the above six genes were expressed ubiquitously in various organs and tissues,but the expression levels were different.The expressions of AT4G14340,AT3G23340,AT1G03930 and AT3G03940 were highest in the flowers,and relatively lower in roots,stems,leaves and leafstalk.The expressions of AT1G04440 and AT4G26100 were highest in roots,and relatively lower in flowers,stems...
