摘    要:为选育能够高效降解菜粕硫苷( Glucosinolates,Gls)的菌株,利用能降解硫苷的益生菌黑曲霉CICC-2238进行N+注入诱变.经过两次N+注入诱变,在诱变能量为20 keV,剂量为60 ×2.5×1013ions/cm2时,筛选到一株高效降解Gls的菌株H-109.与出发菌相比较,其Gls的降解率由28....

Abstract:To obtain an efficient rapeseed meal glucosinolates degrading strain by N ~ ion implantation. Aspergillus ni- ger CICC-2238 was original probiotic, which was implanted by N ~ ion with dose of 60 ×2.5 × 1013 ions/cm2 under im- plantation energy for 2 times and a high-yield mutant strain H-109 was obtained. Compared with the original strain, the glucosinolate degradation rate of mutant strains was enhanced from 28.95% to 49.88%. The results showed that N ~ ion implantation mutation was a successful approach of breeding rapeseed meal glucosinolates degrading strain.
