| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨治疗面部毛细血管扩张症的有效治疗方法。方法：利用强脉冲光治疗面部毛细胞血管扩张症62例。结果：经4次治疗/一疗程，临床疗效优55例，良好5例，一般2例。结论：强脉冲光可有效治疗面部毛细血管扩张症。

Facial Telangiectasias Treated by IPL Quantum SR Report of 62 Cases |

| Abstract: | ObjectiveT To explore the curative effects of IPL quantum SR on facial telangiectasias. Methods: 62 cases of facial telangiectasias treated by IPL quantum SR, energy density was 2634 J/cm2, doublepulsed technology (combined longshort pulses, 1st pulse 3 ms, 2nd pulse 5 ms), delay time 10 ms, treatment head 560 nm, then, the results obtained from the patients before and after treatment were comparatively analysied to evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect. Results: After 4 times therapies, the clinical results: Excellent 55 cases, Good 5 cases, General 2 cases. Curative effecty rate 100%. Conclusion: the IPL quantum SR have been proven to be safe, effective and very valuable tools for the treatment of the facial telangiectasias at present, no down time and less complications. |
