| Abstract: | Confocal laser scanning microscopy is used to obtain serial optical sections and reconstruct the 3-dimensional structure, to visualize cell cross-sections with high image resolution, and to observe and capture time lapse images. Now confocal microscopy has become a powerful tool used in biology field. The current review describes its applications in the field of reproductive biology . |
