摘    要:本实验以84K杨腋芽和叶片为外植体,研究不同激素水平对84K杨组织培养的影响,探讨84K杨快速繁殖试管苗的有效途径。研究结果表明:84K杨腋芽增殖的最佳培养基为MS 6-BA2.0mg/L NAA0.5mg/L;叶片不定芽诱导初期的最佳培养基为MS 6-B1.0mg/L NAA0.5mg/L,MS KT1.0mg/L NAA0.1mg,L为不定芽壮苗的最佳培养基;从生根和移栽成活率上看不添加任何激素的1/2MS基本培养基和1/2MS NAA0.2mg/L IBA0.5mg/L为84K杨最佳生根培养基。

Abstract: The paper reported the effect of different hormone content on tissue culture of poplar 84 K with the axillary shoots and leaves as explantlets, discussed the available methodology on rapid propagation clone plplar 84 K. The results indicated as follow: The best medium of axillary shoots induction is MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+ NAA 0.5 mg/L; the best medium of bud differentiation from lamina on first time is MS+6-B 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L,and MS+KT 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L is the best medium of bud; according to rooting and survival rate, 1/2 MS without any hormones and 1/2 MS+NAA 0.2 mg/L+ IBA 0.5 mg/L is the best medium of rooting.
