| 摘 要： | 利用空气等离子体对植酸酶产生菌Aspergillus niget0002进行诱变选育，获得一株高产菌株，其酶活力是出发菌株的1．72倍。实验表明：应用廉价辐射源—空气等离子体诱变选育微生物切实可行。

| Abstract: | The aim of the study was inducing mutugenesis strains of producing phytase Aspergillus niger 0002 by air-ion implantation. A high-yield phytase strain was obtained. The phytase activity was 1.72 times that of the strain before induction. The results show that it is a practical and effective method of inducing mutagemais by air-ion implantation. |
