摘    要:采用经斩波器调制的不同频率输出的488nmAr+激光辐照志贺氏福氏痢疾杆菌,在同一照射剂量下,随着调制频率的升高,细菌的致死率增加,同时细菌对Cm、Sm、Tc、SD抗菌药的耐药性降低。研究表明,激光的连续或非连续的输出方式将影响细菌的各种生物学效应

Abstract:nm Ar Laser,modulated by the model SR-540 chopper,was used to irradiate the S.foexneri.With the increase of the modulation frequency,the lethal rate of the bacteria increase and the patience on some antibiotic,such as Cm,Sm,Tc,SD,decrease.The experiment proves that the laser biological effect on the bacteria will be influenced by the continuous or discontinuous waves of laser irradiation.
