| 摘 要： | 报道了测定CK-MM亚型的聚焦色谱法，此法简单，快速，结果可靠，线性范围宽，最低检测限（8U／L）较正常参考值低，比国外报道的类似方法高6倍以上，分离度亦有改进.测定了20例健康人血清亚型分布，与文献报道结果相近.该法自动化程度高，已在急性心梗的诊断中实际应用.

| Abstract: | A rapid and sensitive method of isoforms of CK (EC 2.7.3.2) -MM in human serum by chromatofocusing was reported. The assay system involved Mono P (HR5/20) column. fast protein liquid chromatography (FPLC) system and post column reactor. The result of CK-MM isoforms was obtained within 40 min after serum application to equilibrated column.The lower limit of sensitivity for CK activity is 8U/L and the linear capacity is 17-2085U/L, with CV values of 2.1%. 2.7% and 11.0% for MM1. MM2 and MM3 respectively. |
