| 摘 要： | 室内人工大量继代饲养小菜蛾Plutella xylostella L.,是开展小菜蛾各种研究的基础.本文介绍用三月慢青菜萝卜苗法饲养小菜蛾的方法.在(24±1)℃、相对湿度60%～70%、光周期L:D=14:10条件下,小菜蛾能连续继代健康繁衍,卵的孵化率和蛹的羽化率可达90%以上.该方法简单实用,成本低,管理方便,可...

| Abstract: | Artificial rearing of the diamondback moth,Plutella xylostella L.,has been the foundation of research on this species.When reared on green vegetables and white radish at a temperature of （24±1）℃,R.H.of 60%—70% and a photoperiod of L∶D=14∶10 hatching and the adult emergence rates can exceed 90%.This method is simple,practical and economical;a very convenient way to manage and supply insects for research. |
