Control efficiency of four pesticides on Empoasca pirisuga and E.flavescens.

In the tea garden 70% cartap sp at 50 g/666.7m 2,58% imidacloprid-cartap mixture wp at 50 g/666.7m 2,and 22% imidacloprid-applaud mixture wp at 50 g/666.7 m 2 were diluted with 75 kg water and sprayed during the adult stage for a control of Empoasca pirisuga and E.flavescens.The control effect was over 84.5%～93.5% at 7rd days. After treatment and over 91.6%～95.4% within 20 days after the treatment. The control effect of 10% imidacloprid wp used at 10 g/666.7 m 2 was still over 77.2% within 20 days after treatment,showing the characteristics of quick and sustainable control effect.
