齐白石(1864～1957)生于湖南湘潭,是我国近代艺术大师,他擅长画花鸟鱼虫。他继承了中国传统绘画和民间艺术的精华,常以写意笔法画花卉,以工笔画昆虫,形成了独特的艺术风格。本文介绍邮票上的齐白石昆虫绘画。

Insect paintings by Qi Baishi and interrelated philatelic items appreciation

Qi Baishi （1864～1957）,a great modern Chinese painter,was born in Xiangtan,Hunan Province. His favorite motifs included plants,flowers,fish,shrimps and insects. He inherited the style of traditional Chinese painting and folk art. He often used free brush strokes to paint flowers and plants,and using meticulous line and detail to paint insects. He blended the two techniques fabulously. This paper introduces insect paintings by Qi Baishi and interrelated philatelic items.
