摘    要:在长江中游 ,有 1 9种鱼是鲇异棘虫 (Het erosentisparasiluri)的终末寄主1 ] 。有关这种棘头虫 ,仅见新种的建立 ,补充描述和区系研究。配合粗唇鱼危(Leiocassiscassilabris)人工驯化和繁殖技术的推广2 ] ,本工作对寄生在粗唇鱼危肠道内的这种棘头虫进行了种群生态的研究。1 材料和方法1 999年 5~ 7月份 ,共在黄州江段随机购得渔民当天网捕的粗唇鱼危 1 0 7尾。在实验室内将鱼编号、称重、剖腹、取出消化道、称鱼的空壳重。将鱼的肠道平均分成 1 0段 ,纵剖 ,在解剖镜下检查 ,记录下各肠段…

Abstract:Total of 107 Leiocassis crassilabris caught in Huangzhou along the Yangtze River from May to July, 1999 were examined for infection by Heterosentis parasiluri .The infection rate of the host was 84.1%.The infection rate of the host with body Length 12.0-16.0cm was the highest,while no Heterosentis parasiluri was found in the host with body length above 28.0 cm.The infection intensity of the host was 23.5.There was a negative correlation between body length and infection intensity of the host.r=-0.9043.Parasite population was mainly composed of parasites with length below 3.0 mm.The females were more than the males obviously.Distribution of Heterosentis parasiluri was clumped in the host population.
