| Abstract: | With the advantages of accuracy, rapidity, sensitivity and simplicity, polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and its relevant molecular biology technologies for detection of virus infection are of very important for clinical therapy. Here we reviewed some progress obtained on virus diagnosis by PCR method and its application and biosensors in recent years. |
