| 摘 要： | 目的:分析1980-2005年各国脊髓灰质炎发病例数的变化,主要的发病国家,当前全球消灭脊髓灰质炎面临的一些新的挑战。方法:对世界卫生组织公布的各年度脊髓灰质炎病例数进行统计、分析。结果:1980-2005年全球脊髓灰质炎病例数总体呈下降的趋势,目前只有少数国家有病例发生,但病例数自2003年后有增加的趋势,全球消灭脊髓灰质炎仍然面临挑战。结论:在全球消灭脊髓灰质炎的进程中不能放松警惕,中国同样需要警惕新的病例的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective:To analysis the world polio cases from 1980 to 2005.Methods:To analysis the results of the world polio cases according to the WHO reports.Results:The world polio cases decreased from 1980 to 2005,but there is some challenge in the process of polio eradication.Conclusions:It is must watched out for polio cases in our country.In the world,the goal of polio eradication should be reached. |
