生物隋性纳米粒子的体内分布、移行和排泄

摘    要:给小鼠或兔静脉注射印度墨水或纳米活性炭,取标本进行病理观察或取胆汁和屎液制备涂片进行电镜观察.以研究生物惰性纳米粒子在体内的分布、移行及其排泄。结果在病理切片中发现纳米粒子除广泛分布于网状内皮系统外,也可见于胃肠道上皮细胞、杯状细胞等部位;电镜观察发现胆汁及屎液中存在大量纳米粒子。以上结果表明,生物惰性纳米粒子可在体内进行再分布及通过屎液、胆汁和杯状细胞排出体外。

Abstract:To study the distribution, migration and excretion of bio-inert nano-particles in vivo. Activated carbon nanoparticles and Indian ink were injected into veins of mice and tissue specimens were prepared for pathological study and smears of bile and urine were prepared for electron microscope observation. Bio-inert nano-particles can be found in the reticuloendothelial system as well as in the epithelial and goblet cells by light microscope and in the bile and urine by electron microscope. Bio-inert nano-particles in vivo can be redistributed and excreted by biliary and urinary ways and the goblet cells in intestinal epithelium.
