| Abstract: | Recombinant animal cell lines and culture processes for large scale production of tissue-type plasminogen activator were described briefly. From the point of view of large-scale and rapid purification of tPA, a variety of methods for the purification of tPA and the separation of single-chain and two-chain tPA were reviewed. |
