| 摘 要： | B细胞抗原受体（BCR）信号传导起始于持续的钙离子向细胞内流动,这种钙离子的内流对于B细胞的生长、分化、活化是必需的。CD20是B细胞膜上特有的4次跨膜蛋白,参与了BCR活化的钙离子流入。最近的研究提供了直接的证据,证明CD20形成的同源寡聚体是四聚体。CD20单抗诱导的钙信号也得到研究,研究表明只有Ⅰ型CD20单抗能引起钙离子内流。CD20还通过钙池调控钙离子进入（SOCE）参与了细胞信号传导。我们就CD20形成同源寡聚体、与BCR的相互作用、参与调节B淋巴细胞钙离子的流动等进行简要综述。

| Abstract: | B cell antigen receptor（BCR） signaling initiates sustained cellular calcium influx necessary for the development, differentiation and activation of B-lymphocytes. CD20 is a B cell-restricted tetraspanning protein organized in the plasma membrane and involved in BCR-activated calcium entry. Recent studies provide here direct evidences of CD20 homo-oligomerization into tetramers. Anti-CD20 mAb-induced calcium signaling was also investigated, and it is reported that only type Ⅰ mAb are capable of inducing a calcium flux in B cells. Additionally, CD20 involves in signal transduction through store-operated calcium entry（SOCE）. In this review, researches of CD20 forming homo-oligomer, associating with BCR, and participating in regulation of calcium flux in B lymphocytes were discussed. |
