| 摘 要： | microRNA是生物内源性的非编码小RNA，选择性地作用于mRNA的3’非翻译区（UTR），对基因的表达起重要的调控作用。miR-132是发现较早的microRNA之一，我们对其在癌症、感染、心血管疾病、神经系统调节等众多生命过程中的作用进行简要综述。

| Abstract: | microRNA are small non-coding endogenous RNA acting as an important regulator of gene expres-sion by binding to the 3＇ UTR of specific mRNA. miR-132 is one of the microRNA which was detected earlier. In this paper, we provided an overview of the roles of miR-132 in many life activities, such as cancer, infection, cardiovascular disease, neurological development, and so on. |
