NDRG—1基因表达的影响因素

摘    要:恶性肿瘤细胞迁移是一个非常重要的临床问题,也是导致癌症患者死亡的主要原因之一。N—myc下游调节基因1(NDRG—J)是近年发现的与细胞分化相关的基因,在阻止肿瘤细胞入侵和迁移,尤其是抑制肿瘤组织生长的过程中扮演着非常重要的角色。该基因可以被多种分化调节剂诱导表达。我们就影响其表达的几个典型因素做简要综述。

Abstract:Tumor metastasis is a very important clinical issue, which results from the majority of cancer-related deaths. N-myc downstream-regulated gene-l(NDRG-1), a new tumor metastasis suppressor gene, plays an impor- tant role in preventing the invasion and migration of tumor cell, especially of inhibiting the growth of tumor tis-sue. NDRG-1 expression can be regulated by many differentiation regulators. In this review we reported the cur-rent research status of its influencing factors.
