| 摘 要： | 人冠状病毒是一类能引起人急性呼吸道感染的病毒,通常引起普通感冒症状,严重者能造成呼吸窘迫综合征甚至死亡。针对人冠状病毒感染的实验室检测,尤其是免疫学检测技术近年来已有大量研究与应用报道。我们简要综述人冠状病毒感染血清学检测技术的最新进展。

| Abstract: | Human coronaviruses cause acute respiratory tract infection in human being, who usually showed as common cold, and some severe cases showed as respiratory distress syndrome, even death. A lot of achievements have been reported on the laboratory detection of human coronaviruses infection in recent years, especially on the immunological detection technology. We briefly reviewed the latest progress on serological detection technology of human eoronaviruses infection. |
