| Abstract: | The elementary theories of the quantitative analysis methods in metabolic engineering are reviewed,such as metabolic control analysis,metabolic flux analysis,biochemical system theory,pathway analysis,cybernetic model.Some practical examples are presented to indicate these methods.There is a short outlook about the metabolic analy-sis in the end. |
