| Abstract: | Prostate cancer is the most significant malignancy among men in the Western developed countries nowa-days.This article reviews updated literatures on specific genetic alternations reported to be operative in prostate cancer,which is divided into five parts,includes chromosomal aberrations,susceptibility genes,proto-oncogenes,tu-mor suppressor genes,and other genes. |
