| Abstract: | Some progress of genetic engineering technology, such as gene recombination, protoplast fusion, exogenous gene, degradation enzyme and insoluble reactor for degradation of insecticides are discussed in this paper. Several construction strategies and construction means in getting better degradation bacteria were presented. |
