摘    要:目的:用亚甲基蓝-分光光度法检测重组生物制品中十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)的含量。方法:将送检样品按比例稀释后与亚甲基蓝混合,加入氯仿进行萃取,然后用紫外分光光度计测定各样品的吸光度D值。结果:SDS浓度为0~0.01mg/mL时,SDS与D651nm值呈线性关系。结论:在一定的SDS浓度范围内可用亚甲基蓝-分光光度法检测重组生物制品中SDS的含量。

Abstract:Objective: Using methylene blue spectrophotometric method to determine the content of SDS in recombinant biological products. Methods: The samples should be diluted in proportion, then mixed with methylene blue, added with chloroform for extraction, finally, using ultraviolet spectrophotometer to determine the OD value of the samples. Results: When the SDS concentration was in the range of 0-0.01 mg/mL, SDS concentration and D651nm value showed a linear relationship. Conclusion: The method can determine the content of SDS in samples with a good precision.
