摘    要:1998年广东某戒毒所HIV阳性感染者的血样,经PCR扩增未培养细胞内HIV前病毒基因并对C2-V3区进行测序和分析,发现两例感染者与巴西F亚型毒株BZ163的基因离散率小于4%;Neighbor-joining系统树表明,它们与F亚型聚在一起;通过异源双链泳动技术分析法(HMA)分析,这两例感染者与F亚型形成明显的异源二聚体。上述各项研究结果表明,F亚型HIV-1已传入我国。

Abstract:The human immunodeficiency virus type 1 (HIV-1) env gene was amplified by PCR from PBMCs separated from sera of two seropositive drug users (GD9817, GD9818) in Guangdong Province. The amplified genes were sequenced for their C2-V3 regions and analyzed by HMA. The sequences were compared with representative genes of various HIV-1 subtypes. Both sequencing and HMA analysis showed that the GD9817 and GD9818 are subtype F HIV-1. Their genetic distances to the Brazil subtype F strain BZ163 are only 4%. On the phylogenetic tree, they cluster with F strains of HIV-1.
