| Abstract: | The content of dictamine in root bark of Dictamnus dasycarpus Turcz. was determined by TLC and UV spectrophotometric method. It was proved that UV spectrophotometric method was simple and easy to operate, the data was reliable with good repeatability in the experiment. Authors suggested that it can be a routine quantitative determination method of dictamine. |
