| 摘 要： | 互花米草总黄酮是从互花米草地上部分提取的生物活性物质局部用药的动物体内抗炎作用实验结果显示：１５物３％ＴＦＳ涂膜外用２ｈ对甲醛所致小鼠皮肤炎症和巴豆油诱发小鼠耳部水肿均表现明显抗炎作用，并呈一定的量效关系；３％ＴＦＳ涂膜外用对角叉菜胶所致大鼠踝关节肿胀有明显抑制作用，致炎后１ｈ和５ｈ时肿胀度与各自的对照组相比有显著差异；

| Abstract: | Total flavonoids of Spartina alterniflora (TFS) are bioactive materials isolated from Spartina alterniflora Loisel, a salt marsh plant. The anti inflammatory effects of TFS were studied in mice and rats. At 1 h and 2 h after topically applying 1% and 3% TFS membrane, it was found marked anti inflammatory effect either on formaldehyde induced skin inflammation or on croton oil induced ear oedema in mice, and some dose effect relationship was noted. Topically applied 3% TFS membrane had obvious inhibitory effect on carrageenin induced swelling of the ankle in rats. The swelling degree at 1 h and 5 h after inflaming showed significant difference vs respective control. 4% TFS solution which was administered intravaginally for 7 d had therapeutic and repair effect on chemicals inflamed vaginal injury in rats. It was suggested that topically applied TFS possesses some anti inflammatory activities. |
