摘    要:蛋白质和氨基酸是植物体内重要的营养物质,研究药用植物的蛋白质和氨基酸组成对药用植物资源的合理开发和综合利用具有重要意义,但目前对药用植物次生代谢物的研究较为广泛(如黄酮类化合物1-2],而对其初生代谢物的研究相对较少3-4]。

Abstract:Composition of protein and amino acids in leaf of four species in Berberidaceae including Nandina domestica Thunb., Mahoniafortunei (Lindl.) Fedde, M. bealei (Fort.) Cart. and Berberis thunbergii DC. was compared. The results show that contents of albumin, globulin, gliadin and glutenin of protein, as well as composition and content of amino acids and their values of E/T, AAS and CS all have obvious differences among four species. In which, total protein content, contents of most amino acids, essential amino acids and total amino acids, as well as E/T, AAS and CS values all are the highest in N. domestica and have obvious differences as compared with those of other three species. It is suggested that nutritional value of protein in leaf of N. domestica is higher and its amino acid composition is balanceable, so this species can be used as one of well plant protein resources.
