摘    要:培养在含NaCl营养液中的幼苗,根生长被抑制,线粒体超微结构受损伤。用扫描电镜、X-射线能谱仪和电感耦合等离子直读光谱(ICP)分析发现,培养在含NaCl营养液中的根,积累大量Na+和Cl-,而K+和Ca~(2+)的含量降低,无机离子总量和Na+/K+比值提高。

Abstract:This paper reported the influence of NaCl on the growth and distribution of inorganic ions in roots of Triticum aestivum seedlings, as well as the effect of NaCl on ultrastructure of mitochondria. The results showed that the contents of Na~+ and Cl~- in roots of Triticum aestwum grown in Hoagland solution containing NaCl were higher than grown in Hoagland solution. On the countrary, the contents of K~+ and Ca~(2+) were lower. Total content of inorganic ions and ratio of Na~+/K~4 were increased. Moreover, the growth of roots were inhibited and ultrastructure of mitochondria had various changes when grown in Hoagland solution containing NaCl.
