摘    要:以大白菜“02号杂交早皇白”无菌苗的子叶为材料,用附加BA2.0mgL^-1、NAA0.1~1.0mgL%-1的MS培养基培养,能直接放导分化 出芽,最适激素比例为BA2.0mgL^-1、NA0.5mgL^-1,芽的分化率为31.6%,在上述培养基里活加2mgL^-1的AgNO3能使芽的再生频率提高至86.5%。

Abstract:A tissue culture system for obtaining high frequency shoot regeneration of Brassica campestris was studied. Shoots could be induced directly from cotyledons cultured on MS medium supplemented with 2.0 mg L-1 BA and 0.5 mg L-1 NAA, the shoot regeneration rate being 31.6%. Addition of 2.0 mg L-1 AgNO3 in the medium could greatly increase the frequency of shoot regeneration, and the shoot regeneration rate reached to 86.5%.
