厚朴苗期性状及种源选择初步研究

摘    要:2008年6~10月,对试验区种植的18个1 a生厚朴(Mqgnolia officinalis)种源的苗高、地径等形态性状进行测量及分析,研究了厚朴不同种源苗高、地径的遗传变异、生长节律及与地理、环境因子的关系.结果表明:各种源的苗高、地径差异极显著,且有显著相关性;不同种源厚朴在6~7月生长缓慢,7月后加快,9月后生长缓慢;环境因子及地理因素对厚朴种源的遗传变异有显著影响,且以地理因素为主;依据种源间苗高、地径生长性状的二维非度量多维标度排序结果,18个种源被划分为5个种源区,根据种源苗期生长优劣,初步筛选出道县、桑植、安化3个优良种源.
