摘    要:Aspergillusoryzae2336经两次紫外诱变后筛选出突变菌株UV21012-1。该菌株曲酸产量比出发菌株提高了1.68倍;遗传性状稳定,传代5次曲酸产量基本不下降,而且发酵周期也比出发菌株明显缩短。

Abstract:A mutant strain UV21012-1 producing Kojic acid was obtained from the start strain Aspergillus oryzae 2336 treated with ultraviolet irradiation twice.This mutant strain exhibited good genetic stability in the procedure of successive inoculation and fermentation. The kojic acid productivity of the UV21012-1 increased by 1. 68 times compared with that of the start strain. Meanwhile, the fermentation period of UV21012-1 was shorter than that of the start strain.
