摘    要:比较东南山茶Camellia edithae枝条在NAA、IBA以及ABT-1号生根粉等生长调节剂处理下的扦插生根情况。结果表明,东南山茶插条以质量浓度500 mg·L-1 NAA处理20 min处理生根率达93.33%,黄泥土和河沙按3∶1混合作基质较为合适。

Abstract:The cutting rooting of Camellia edithae under different plant growth regulators NAA, IBA and ABT-1 were carried out. The results showed that the suitable rooting condition was 500 mg·L-1 NAA for 20 minutes, the rooting rate could be up to 93.33%. And the suitable matrix was yellow soil and river sand with ratio of 3∶1.
