摘    要:对两份软核山楂资源‘新宾软籽’和‘开原软籽’及两份硬核山楂资源‘垂枝山里红’和‘短枝山里红’的种核硬化期进行显微观察,探明了软核与硬核山楂种核硬化启动期木质素积累状况,用Wiesner试剂法可以快速鉴定山楂种核硬化启动的时期。本结果可为山楂种核硬化期基因表达差异和软核形成机理研究提供基础资料。

Abstract:Microscopic observation on two 'soft core' hawthorn germplasms(C .pinnatifida 'Xinbinruanzi' and C .pinnatifida 'Kaiyuanruanzi') and two 'hard core' hawthorn germplasms (C .pinnatifida 'Chuizhishanlihong' and C .pinnatifida 'Duanzhishanlihong') were carried out in their rigid period.The results showed that the accumulation status of lignin in starting rigid period could be identified rapidly by Wiesner method.Through this experiment, some fundamental data was given for differential gene expression and formation mechanism of hawthorn 'soft core'.
