摘    要:采用不同配方营养液对羽裂蔓绿绒、白掌和玛丽安万年青三种观叶植物进行水培试验,观测不同处理植株的生长变化及营养液pH变化动态。结果表明,大量元素含量为11.2 mg/L NH4+-N+134.4 mg/L NO3--N+24.8 mg/L P+187.2 mg/L K+96.0 mg/L Ca+28.8 mg/L Mg+38.4 mg/L S的营养液(pH 5.64,EC为1.16 ms/cm)较适合羽裂蔓绿绒和白掌的生长;而玛丽安万年青在大量元素含量为11.2 mg/L NH4+-N+124.6 mg/L NO3--N+46.5 mg/L P+202.8 mg/L K+88.0 mg/L Ca+14.4 mg/L Mg+19.2 mg/L S的营养液(pH 6.01,EC为1.12 ms/cm)中生长较好;维持营养液相对稳定的pH值也是水培中的重要因素。

Abstract:Philodendron selloum, Spathiphyllum floribundum cv. ‘Mauna Loa’, and Dieffenbachia amoena cv.‘Tropic Marianne’ were water cultured in 8 different nutrient solutions and in the well water (CK), respectively, to study the effects of different nutrient solutions on their growth.The results showed that P. selloum and S. floribundum cv.‘Mauna Loa’ could grow well in solution supplemented with 11.2 mg/L NH4+-N, 134.4 mg/L NO3--N, 24.8 mg/L P, 187.2 mg/L K, 96.0 mg/L Ca, 28.8 mg/L Mg and 38.4 mg/L S.Nutrient solution containing 11.2 mg/L NH4+-N, 124.6mg/L NO3--N, 46.5 mg/L P, 202.8 mg/L K, 88.0 mg/L Ca, 14.4 mg/L Mg and 19.2 mg/L S gave the best result for the growth of D. amoena cv.‘Tropic Marianne’.And it was important to maintain the stable value of pH for water culture.
