| 摘 要： | 首次从珙桐叶甲醇提取物的水溶性部分得到一配糖体化合物一喹啉类生物碱甙（pumiloside），它是抗肿瘤物质喜树碱的生物合成前体。本文对其结构进行鉴定。

| Abstract: | A glycoside was isolated from the leaves ofDavidio involucrata. NMR and MS methods were used to elucidate its chemical structure. The compound was determined as pumiloside, a quinoline alkaloid glycoside, and it was a biosynthetic precursor of camptothecin. The alkaloid glycoside was isolated from Davidio involucrata for the first time. |
