齿瓣石斛茎段快繁技术研究

摘    要:本文对齿瓣石斛茎段快繁技术进行研究,结果表明:齿瓣石斛最佳诱导培养基为MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.05 mg/L;芽增殖培养基以MS+6-BA 3.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L较好;生根培养基以MS+IBA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L较好。

Abstract:The rapid propagation used in stem segments of Dendrobium devonianum was studied in this paper.The results showed that the best suitable medium for Dendrobium devonianum induction was MS + 6-BA 2.0 mg/L + NAA 0.05 mg/L,and MS + 6-BA 3.0 mg/L + NAA 0.5 mg/L,MS + IBA 1.0 mg/L + NAA 0.5 mg/L were the mediums respectively for its bud proliferation and rooting.
