| 摘 要： | 1999年从台湾引进仙人掌果蔓茎进行试种。蔓茎扦插17~20d发根,发根率100%,一年后长度达213cm左右,茎宽7~8cm;蔓茎嫁接成活率70%~90%,以幼芽接穗成活率更高;种子播种4d发芽,平均发芽率50.9%,最高达75%,一年后长达25cm,宽3cm。扦插苗与嫁接苗次年均可开花。引进的1号品种能自交结果,果重673g,红皮红肉,口感好。

| Abstract: | Hylocereus undatus was introduced from Taiwan in 1999 and its cultural practice was studied in Xiamen. The results showed that the stem (length 15-20cm, width 4-5cm) rooted after 17-20d of cuttage, the rooting percentage was up to 100% and one year later the length and width reached 213cm and 7-8cm, respectively; the survival ratio of grafted seedling was 70%-90% and sprout grafting had a higher survival ratio; bud bursted after 4d of seed sowing, the germination percentage was 50.9% and one year later the length and width reached 25cm and 3cm, respectively; grafted seedling and cut seedling flowered in the next year and the cut seedling had self fertility. The individual weight of fruit was 673g and the fruit tasted fine. |
