结球春大白菜品种比较试验

引进国内外春大白菜新品种,2001~2002年经早春和晚冬两茬试验认为,韩国的春大强、强势、春晓和日本的健春、良庆等5个品种最好,表现产量高、抗病、耐低温、球形好、生育期适中,可在福建推广。韩国的药膳春心叶为桔黄色,可作特色菜,于晚冬早春栽培。

Comparison experiment in varieties of spring Chinese cabbage

The comparative experiments of Chinese cabbage varieties were conducted in the early spring and late winter from 2001 to 2002. The results showed that Chundaqiang, Qiangshi, Chunxiao from Korea and Jianchun, Liangqing from Japan had good quality with high yield, disease resistance, low temperature resistance, good coccus form and proper growing season, and were selected as popularized varieties. Yaoshanchun introduced from Korea could be extended as a peculiar vegetable for its orange heartleaves in Fujian Province.
