摘    要:利用焦锑酸钾沉淀法分析光敏感核不育水稻农垦58S药壁超微结构和Ca2 分布的变化,发现在长日照条件下,药壁绒粘层细胞和药壁中Ca2 从花粉母细胞时期开始出现异常;随着花药的发育,药壁中Ca2 沉淀增加,主要分布在绒粘层细胞和乌氏体表面,长日照条件下不能很好地形成乌氏体,且乌氏体表面Ca2 沉淀要比短日照条件下少。

Abstract:Using potassium antimonate technique, the ultrastructure and Ca2 distribution in anther wall of photo-sensitive genic male-sterile line of Nongken 58S were studied. The results showed that under the long-day photoperiod, some vacuoles and Ca2 precipitates were found in the tapetal cells in anther wall at pollen mother cell stage. With the growth of the plants, Ca2 precipitates in the cells of anther wall increased, and it was mainly distributed in tapetal cells and on the surface of the Ubish bodies. Under the long-day photoperiod, the tapetal cells could not form intergraded Ubish bodies and the Ca2 precipitates on Ubish bodies were much less than that under the short-day photoperiod.
