摘    要:以鱼腥草带侧芽茎段为外植体进行组培快繁研究。结果表明,初代培养以MS 6-BA1.0mg/L NAA0.05mg/L 为最佳,30d 侧芽诱导率可达66.7%;MS 6-BA 2.0 mg/L 2,4-D 0.2mg/L NAA 0.2mg/L 对芽苗的继代增殖效果最好,40d 芽苗的增殖倍数可达7.4,且芽苗较高;以MS 6-BA3.0mg/L 2,4-D 0.5mg/L NAA0.1mg/L 对芽苗的继代增重效果最好,40d 芽苗鲜重为7.358g;以沙和蛭石(1﹕1)为基质瓶外生根效果最好,30d 芽苗生根率可达84%。

Abstract:Taking stem segments with lateral buds as explants, the tissue culture of Houttuynia cordata were studied. The results showed that MS 6-BA 1.0mg/L NAA 0.05mg/L was best for bud induction and the induction rate could reach 66.7% when cultured for 30d; MS 6-BA 2.0mg/L 2,4-D 0.2mg/L NAA 0.2mg/L gave the best result for subculture of shoots and the multiplication rate could reach 7.4 times in 40d; MS 6-BA 3.0mg/L 2,4-D 0.5mg/L NAA 0.1mg/L was best for increasing the weight of shoots and the fresh weight of shoots gain 7.358g in 40d; sand and vermiculite(1:1) was suitable for ex vitro shoots rooting and the rooting rate could reach 84 %.
