紫球藻的培养与利用(综述)

摘    要:紫球藻为单细胞红藻,其细胞富含红藻多糖、多不饱和脂肪酸(主要为AA和EPA)及藻胆蛋白等高价值生物活性物质,在医药和精细化工领域有广泛的应用前景。本文综述紫球藻的生物学特性、生物活性物质、培养与培养特性等方面的研究概况。

Abstract:The cell of the unicellular red alga Porphyridium spp. is rich in useful bioactive materials such as polysaccharide, polyunsaturated fatty acids (AA and EPA) and phycobiliproteins. Therefore, Porphyridium spp. has broad utilization prospects for pharmaceutical and fine chemical industry. The overseas studies on it have been reported systematically since 1960, but few researches have been made in China. In this paper, the biological characteristics, bioactive materials, culture method and culture property of Porphyridium spp. are reviewed.
