摘    要:研究海带水提液和酵母提取物促大肠杆菌生长的机理。采用二维电泳 (2 DE)和生物质谱等蛋白质组技术对细菌的全蛋白质表达进行研究。发现 8种蛋白出现有规律的变化 ,其中 ,2种蛋白在对数期各组表达量均增高 ,4种蛋白在各组表达量下降且实验组下降更明显 ,1种蛋白在实验组表达量明显降低而对照组无明显变化。

Study on Mechanisms of Escherichia coli Growth Stimulated by Yeast Extract and Echlonia Kurome Okum Water Extract
Abstract:To elucidate the mechanisms of yeast extraction and Echlonia Kurome Okum water extraction to stimulate the growth of Escherichia coli. Two-dimensional electrophoresis (2-DE) and bio-mass-spectrum were used to observe the changes of whole-protein expression caused by certain stimulants. It was found that the expression of 8 proteins changed in different ways. Two proteins leveled up but failed to be identified; 4 proteins declined much more in experimental groups than in control. There are some proteins participating to regulate growth of Escherichia coli.
