B型烟粉虱Bemisia tabaci Gennadius成虫肠道细菌的初步研究

摘    要:目的在棉花上采集到B型烟粉虱成虫,对其肠道细菌进行分离,为研究肠道细菌类群与其取食的食物之间的关系提供理论参考。方法从B型烟粉虱成虫肠道环境中分离、纯化和培养,获得6个细菌菌株,对其细菌形态、染色反应、培养性状和生理生化反应进行系统研究。结果常规鉴定结果表明,B型烟粉虱成虫肠道细菌6个菌株分别属于微杆菌属(Microbacterium)、爱德华菌属(Edwardsiella)、黄杆菌属(Flarobacterium)、预研菌属(Yokenella)、地杆菌属(Terrabacter)和邻单细胞菌属(Plesiomonas)。结论 B型烟粉虱成虫肠道分离细菌均在25~37℃、pH中性和低NaCl浓度下生长良好,对葡葡萄、甘露醇等绝大部分碳素化合物大都能利用,对氮素化合物利用各异。

Abstract:Objective To research the relationship between the type of the bacteria isolated from the adults of Bemisia tabaci Gennadius on cotton and the food to provide theoretical references for further development and mtilization.Method Six bacteria strains were isolated from the intestines of the larvae.The bacteria morphology,stain reaction,culture characteristics,physiological and biochemical reactions were studied systematically.Result The six bacteria stains belong to Microbacterium,Edwardsiella,Flarobacterium,Yokenella,Terrabacter,Plesiomonas.Conclusion The bacteria strains in the adults of Bemisia tabaci Gennadius grow well at 25-37 ℃ in neutral pH and low concentration of sodium chloride.The six bacteria strains can use most of carbon compounds such as glucose and mannite,but their ability to use nitrogen compounds varies.
