| 摘 要： | 目的随机观察乳杆菌胶囊辅助微波治疗宫颈炎的临床疗效。方法对2008年1月至2009年12月,在蚌埠市第三人民医院门诊接受微波治疗的宫颈炎患者100例,随机分为2组,对照组为物理治疗,治疗组为物理治疗加阴道塞乳杆菌胶囊。结果治疗组的辅助微波治疗宫颈炎的疗效与对照组相比,差异有非常显著性(P0.01),且不良反应少,阴道流血、排液症状消失快。结论乳杆菌胶囊辅助微波治疗宫颈炎,疗效肯定,能够减少术后出血,减少创面渗液,促进创面愈合。
