产后应用乳杆菌活菌胶囊的临床价值探讨

目的探讨乳杆菌活菌胶囊在产后应用对改变阴道微环境，减少阴道炎的临床效果。方法将无阴道炎的104例产后随访的妇女随机分为2组。A组应用乳杆菌活菌胶囊每晚1粒塞入阴道，连续用药10d；B组未用任何药物。2组患者30d后随访并检查白带，对其白带清洁度、pH、阴道炎患病率进行比较。结果用药后A、B组pH均有降低，但A组低于B组，2组差异有显著性（P〈0．05）；用药后A组阴道清洁度Ⅰ、Ⅱ度较B组比率升高，差异均有显著性（P〈0．05）；用药后A组细菌性阴道病发病率低于B组，2组差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论产后应用乳杆菌活菌胶囊可改善阴道微环境，减少阴道炎的发生。

Clinical evaluation of using live lactobacillus preparation after parturition

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of live lactobacillus preparation in regulating vaginal microenvironment and preventing and curing vaginitis after parturition. Method 104 puerperae without vaginitis who accepted general callback after delivery were allocated into two groups A and B randomly. Group A was treated with live lactobacillus preparation for 10 continuous days, while group B was given nothing. The leukorrhea examination was performed after 30 days, and the vaginal clean degree, pH and the morbidity of vaginitis were compared. Result The vaginal pH degree decreased in both groups. The pH of group A was lower than that of group B, and the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. The rate of Ⅰ＆Ⅱ degree of vaginal clean degree in group A was higher than that in group B （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, while the morbidity of vaginitis in group A was lower than that of group B （P 〈 0.05）, both of the differences were significant. Conclusion Application of live lactobacillus preparation in puerperae after parturition can improve vaginal microenvironment and reduce the morbidity of vaginitis.
