心痛宁滴丸中香附的薄层色谱鉴别及HPLC法测阿魏酸的含量

目的建立心痛宁滴丸中香附的薄层色谱鉴别和阿魏酸的分析方法。方法用TLC法鉴别香附中的α-香附酮;用HPLC法测定川芎中阿魏酸的含量,Hypersil ODS-C18分析柱（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）检测,波长：323 nm,流动相：甲醇-水-冰醋酸（30∶70∶0.7）,流速：l ml/min,柱温：室温。结果薄层法鉴别香附中的香附酮结果满意;HPLC法测阿魏酸,线性范围0.005-0.5μg（r=0.9999）,回收率分别为98.0%（n=6）。结论上述方法准确、专属性强,可作为心痛宁滴丸的香附定性和阿魏酸定量的分析方法。

TLC identification of Rhizoma cyperi and HPLC determination of Ferulic acid in Xin Tong Ning Pill

Objective To establish the identification method of Rhizoma cyperi and determination method of ferulic acid in Xin Tong Ning pill.Method TLC was used for identification of α-cyperone in Rhizoma cyperi and HPLC for determination of ferulic acid.Hypersil-ODS-C18-column (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) inspection wavelength was at 323 nm and the follow phase.Result The quantitative evaluation of ferulic acid exhibited a linear range of 0.005～0.5 μg(r=0.9999, n=6),with an average recovery of 98.0% (n=6).The result of TLC identification was up to requirement.Conclusion The above methods are accurate and specific for identification and of Rhizoma cyperi determination of ferulic acid in Xin Tong Ning Pill.
